In the Sarysu district, no tenders for agricultural land have been held for over a year. As a result, 13 farmers were unable to obtain plots totaling 4,500 hectares. The prosecutor’s office identified violations and ordered the akimat to resume the tenders, which by law must be held at least twice a year.
